From the moment we landed in Hamilton Island the whole holiday went smoothly. We were met at the airport and taken directly to the apartment. The valet was friendly had local knowledge and was welcoming. The entire apartment was spotlessly clean and we felt right at home. Our host was able to answer any questions very quickly and when I locked myself out of the apartment I was assisted immediately. We stayed as a family of four with two teenage children and they loved every minute. The location is perfect as you get to sit on the back veranda and overlook the sea. The grounds are beautifully maintained and the pool was a perfect temperature and always clean. We will definitely recommend this to our friends and family and hopefully get back one day very soon thank you very much.

YES! You can search availability online across all properties for specific dates by searching on the home page, or through the destination accommodation pages.
Can I get an early check in?
Due to the amount of work that is required to prepare our properties, early check ins are usually not available and we recommend you book your arrangements around it.
- On Hamilton Island your valet will take you to your property and store your luggage and give you access to the buggy while you wait for check in.
- In Palm Cove if you advise us of your flight times and the property is ready early we will call to advise.
- For all other properties an early check in cannot be granted and luggage storage is not possible.

An incredible week spent at Poinciana! The apartment was ideal, luxury in an ideal location. Everything that we needed and more. The ground floor made it great for kids as they could play out the front in the lawn. Amazing bird life, and so close to everything. The best!
