Frequently Asked Questions

YES! You can search availability online across all properties for specific dates by searching on the home page, or through the destination accommodation pages.

Due to the amount of work that is required to prepare our properties, early check ins are usually not available and we recommend you book your arrangements around it.

  • On Hamilton Island your valet will take you to your property and store your luggage and give you access to the buggy while you wait for check in.
  • In Palm Cove if you advise us of your flight times and the property is ready early we will call to advise.
  • For all other properties an early check in cannot be granted and luggage storage is not possible.

Guest Testimonials & Reviews

Angelo - December 2024

We loved our stay in this beautiful unit

Lesley - December 2025

If you are looking for the perfect stay on Hamilton Island then book this beautiful apartment! You won’t be disappointed! From the moment we arrived we felt so at home! The apartment is very comfortable and is well equipped with everything you need, but the most amazing thing about it is the balcony and the view!!! It’s the perfect spot to sit and watch the fantastic sunsets you get on the island, the stars on clear nights, and the cockatoos who like to visit! It really is perfect. We would also like to mention Rebecca, who looked after us so brilliantly during our stay! Nothing was too much trouble and she was always there for us with a smile and so much enthusiasm! Thank you so much Rebecca for everything! If we are ever lucky enough to return to this amazing island we would definitely book this accommodation again.

Lailani - September 2024

Beautiful place to stay. The family and I enjoyed our time.

Erika - October 2024

Our place was absolutely beautiful! The pictures that were posted are exactly what you get! When we visit Hamilton Island again, we will definitely be booking this place, it was amazing and perfect for our family. The only thing we have to comment about is maybe update the couches in the living room. They are a bit worn down from all the wear and tear on them over the years by guests. But such a beautiful place and view.

Shannon - June 2025

Fabulous stay for our girls trip. The view is spectacular and to have the buggy to get around was essential.

Léa - July 2025

Overall very happy stay. Thanks.

Mark - January 2024

This apartment has to be seen to be believed.   The outside and inside are poles apart.   I felt like James Bond with all the sliding panels.   Amazing stay and so close to everything.   We did not need the car!  We will be back.
