Frequently Asked Questions

YES! You can search availability online across all properties for specific dates by searching on the home page, or through the destination accommodation pages.

Due to the amount of work that is required to prepare our properties, early check ins are usually not available and we recommend you book your arrangements around it.

  • On Hamilton Island your valet will take you to your property and store your luggage and give you access to the buggy while you wait for check in.
  • In Palm Cove if you advise us of your flight times and the property is ready early we will call to advise.
  • For all other properties an early check in cannot be granted and luggage storage is not possible.

If you are looking for the perfect stay on Hamilton Island then book this beautiful apartment! You won’t be disappointed! From the moment we arrived we felt so at home! The apartment is very comfortable and is well equipped with everything you need, but the most amazing thing about it is the balcony and the view!!! It’s the perfect spot to sit and watch the fantastic sunsets you get on the island, the stars on clear nights, and the cockatoos who like to visit! It really is perfect. We would also like to mention Rebecca, who looked after us so brilliantly during our stay! Nothing was too much trouble and she was always there for us with a smile and so much enthusiasm! Thank you so much Rebecca for everything! If we are ever lucky enough to return to this amazing island we would definitely book this accommodation again.

We loved our stay here! The view from the spacious deck was amazing, the furniture and bedding very comfortable and kitchen was great for self catering. It’s close by to the Marina and shops- a 5 min walk (although hilly) and the complimentary buggy was a bonus. It was helpful to have some pantry staples provided and laundry detergent aswell. Would highly recommend!!

We really loved our stay here and we will definitely have this house in mind when we return to Hamilton Island in the future. The house is very spacious and with a very beautiful view. The pictures are very true to what the house is like. Since we didn’t heard from our vallet service the day we were checking out (as informed) Luxury Holidays were replying very fast when we were reaching out and we got it all arranged. All in all a lovely stay!

This property was a slice of heaven. Perfectly situated with water views from every balcony with a semi private pool nearby. The property was spotless, furnished with taste and had everything needed for a luxurious stay. The golf buggies were extremely handy and the property was beautiful making for a perfect week away.
