Frequently Asked Questions

YES! You can search availability online across all properties for specific dates by searching on the home page, or through the destination accommodation pages.

Due to the amount of work that is required to prepare our properties, early check ins are usually not available and we recommend you book your arrangements around it.

  • On Hamilton Island your valet will take you to your property and store your luggage and give you access to the buggy while you wait for check in.
  • In Palm Cove if you advise us of your flight times and the property is ready early we will call to advise.
  • For all other properties an early check in cannot be granted and luggage storage is not possible.

Amazing location and very spacious. Great to have the golf buggy included as well - the kids loved that and the pool. Views from the balcony are incredible at any time of day (sunrise, sunset, moonrise etc!) and it was nice to be in a quieter part of the island but still a short trip to everything you need. It was clean, with comfy beds, and plenty of aircon/fans to keep the temperature pleasant. Would love to stay again.

The owners have thought of everything. The space is stunning. We particularly enjoyed the sunrise from the main bedroom and the ability to self-cater even though we did that very little! Incredible views from all rooms, and the pool was a hit with the kids! The games for the kids and pool toys were a nice touch. Thanks also for giving us the fastest/newest buggy on the island. ;-) We thoroughly enjoyed our adventures.
