We stayed for 5 days and 6 nights during the school holidays on the north side of Hamilton Island and it was an absolutely wonderful experience. The location was peaceful and quiet and having a buggy was a total game-changer. Highly recommend it, especially as buggy hire can be quite pricey elsewhere. The apartment itself was spacious and open and I loved the sliding doors that opened up to a spectacular view. Enjoying my morning coffee while watching the sunrise was truly unforgettable. The villa was spotless, felt incredibly relaxing and the communication with the hosts was fantastic. They responded quickly and even emailed us if they could not reach us by phone. We had a small issue with the milk frother and it was replaced immediately, which was much appreciated. The pool was lovely too, quiet, peaceful and perfect for a relaxing dip. Overall, we loved everything about this villa and would HIGHLY recommend it. We would definitely re-book without hesitation.

Great place to stay. Very well equipped kitchen and outdoor area. This unit does overlook an exposed mud flat as soon as the tide starts to go out which takes away from the view abit, otherwise a good holiday home.

It was a wonderful place to stay for our family (grandparents, children and grandchildren.) So many wonderful things to do and adventures to have while at Hamilton Island, but coming home to this beautiful and relaxing place was very special.

Loved our stay at Bella Waters 3. We had 3 generations staying who each wanted their own bathrooms so the property was perfect. In a great location on Hamilton Island, with gorgeous views. We found the property absolutely gorgeous and Luxury Holidays were fantastic In terms of management. Very responsive and helpful with regard to any questions we had prior to arrival and during our stay. The only thing I’d note is that the coffee machine is now a pod machine rather than ground coffee. Highly recommend both the property and Luxury Holidays management.

We stayed as a group in Villa 33 and what a treat. The villa is perfect for a group or family holiday. Fabulous layout with several bathrooms, great spaces to wine and dine with all the necessary bits and pieces to make a stay comfortable. The decor in this villa was perfect - had a wonderful relaxing, luxury vibe. The luxury holidays team were wry responsive and easy to deal with. Valets to and from the airport/ferry made coming and going super easy. Special shoutout to Tracey for helping us out when we needed! Definitely recommend booking this villa and using the tram at luxury holidays for your next stay.

We stayed with our family and grandparents. Can not recommend this place highly enough if you are travelling with kids. It was a bonus having our own babysitters but the place made travelling with the kids a breeze.
