Really nice house up on the hill at Hamilton Island. The house was clean and they provided a buggy. If you are travelling with a party bigger than four, however, note that you will have to hire another buggy and they are pricey. Walking to where the restaurants are is 30 min in theory, but up and down a lot of hills. The terrace is lovely and big, and the rooms spacious. The kitchen is well stocked so cooking at home worked well. They provide pick up and drop off from the accommodation with all the bags, so that is super helpful.

Really great place to stay with an extended family. Loved waking to the sun pouring in through the trees and going to sleep to the sound of the ocean. Great kitchen, well stocked and the lawn was an important bonus for our kids to play on.

We stayed at La Bella Waters 3 for a week in June 2024. The villa was wonderful, spacious, & comfortable. We were six adults so the three bathrooms, large living spaces, well equipped kitchen, bbq & spacious outside dining and sun lounges with sensational water views made our stay enjoyable. The master bedroom & ensuite with full bath & water views from the shower, bed & balcony was lavish. The villa provides you with a golf buggy to get around the island and there is also regular shuttle buses running from a bus stop just 2 minutes from your front door. One Tree Hill for sunset sundowners is a 5 min uphill walk. We booked the accomodation on Airbnb, however our stay was managed by Luxury Hoildays. Both Natasha and Laura were exceptional in their communications with us and responded promptly & generously when we needed a couple of items after check in. The included valet service picking you up on arrival and departure to the island was a bonus. We would highly recommend Hamilton Is.
