Living, Dining & Entertaining

The upper level is a showstopper — soaring ceilings across a grand open-plan lounge, formal sitting room, dining room and kitchen, all flowing onto the expansive deck with panoramic city views. The chandelier dining room features a 3-metre table seating 10.

The deck features a heated jacuzzi, 10-seater alfresco dining, a bar table with four stools and ceiling fans, all set against the Darwin skyline. The house is in a quiet upmarket street and neighbours must be respected. 

The kitchen features a Nespresso machine, rice cooker and waterfall island bench seating four. A home office with computer monitor and HDMI input is also available, with complimentary Wi-Fi.

Downstairs, the separate lounge has a choice of double sofa bed and 2-fold out beds, a large-screen TV, PlayStation, DVD player, board games and kids' toys, plus an outdoor patio overlooking manicured lawns.

All bedrooms feature designer concrete-look bedside tables, copper lamps, artwork, built-in wardrobes, air conditioning and ceiling fans.

Master Bedroom King bed, private sitting room with lounge and wall-mounted TV, walk-in wardrobe, and ensuite with dual sinks, extra-large dual shower and toilet.

Bedrooms Two, Three & Four Three well-appointed bedrooms sharing a modern bathroom with shower, bath, sink and toilet. Bed configurations can be arranged prior to arrival on request.

Additional Sleeping The separate downstairs lounge features a double sofa bed and two single fold out beds. Port-a-cot and highchair available on request.
